We welcome both local artists and artists from further afield. You can exhibit both framed and unframed works. |

You can submit your paintings by downloading the entry form and bringing it with your pictures to High Wych School Hall on: |

Thursday 7th July between 4.30 pm and 7 pm.
Unsold paintings must be collected from High Wych School on Sunday 10th July between 5 pm and 6 pm. |

Conditions of Entry: |

* All paintings and drawings must be for sale. Minimum price for framed work £15, for unframed £7.
* All works to be handed in at High Wych School Hall on Thursday 8th July between 5.30 pm and 8.0 pm.
* All framed works should have two labels, one stuck on the back of the work, one attached by string to hang on front for catalogue purposes. Please print on each label the title of the work, the name and address of artist and price. All framed works to have screw eyes and taut string attached for hanging.
* All unframed works must be mounted and covered with protective polythene sheeting. Each should have on the front, a label giving title of work, the name and address of the artist and price.
* There will be a handling fee of £1 for each framed work and 50p for each unframed work. Commission in aid of St. James' Church will be 20% on each work sold.
* Every effort will be made to exhibit as many works as possible, but it should be noted that all works are accepted on the understanding that only works chosen by the selection committee shall be shown, their decision is final.
* All works unsold must be collected at the conclusion of the exhibition between 5.00 pm and 6.00 pm on Sunday 11th July. No works will be handed out before this time. |

Liability: Whilst every reasonable care will be taken, no responsibility can be accepted by the organisers for loss of or damage to works entrusted to them. No insurance cover is provided. |
